There is a lot to like about this book. Each story was told intriguingly. [...] The author captured my interest in each character, even within the frame of a short story. [...] My favorite story was "Fan's Fiction." The concept behind it was very unique, and I did not expect Steven to make the decision he did at the end.
I enjoyed reading your review! I read "The Birth", the first story, and I was riveted because my interest was captured too by each character and the story was told intriguingly. I look forward to discovering the unique concept and the unexpected Steven's decision in your favourite story "Fan's Fiction".

I enjoyed your review. I am not a fan of horror or scary stories or movies. This does sound like a good book for those who are invested in that genre.

I think it’s a compelling collection for horror enthusiasts. The interconnected stories and eerie mall setting create an immersive experience. "Fan's Fiction" was a standout for me, too, with its unexpected twist and unique concept.

Jason Fischer's The Haunting of Towne Point Mall is a first for me. I have not seen a collection of short horror stories before. Despite not being a fan of the horror genre, I'd read this book to see how this idea was developed. Congratulations on BOTD.

Can't say that I find the idea of "Psychological Terror" appealing, but none-the-less, the concept of the book sounds very interesting. It vaguely reminded me of Edgar Allan Poe, and therefore I will gladly read it at first opportunity. Congrats with BOTD!

This book is an anthology of 10 short stories, which are all somehow connected to the titular mall. They are horror stories, and the initial story ‘The Birth’ managed to freak me out. They are not to my taste as I'm not a fan of the genre.

I love PsychologicalThrillers and this book sounds fantastic. For the author to compile one book made up of multiple cohesive stories sounds genius. Great review.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting collection of horror stories surrounding a derelict, potentially haunted mall. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

I haven't read anything related to horror in a while, and this book happens to have 10 interwebbed stories of horror. I look forward to reading it. Thank You :)

Thank you for your great review and I'm glad that you liked the book. I also liked how he wrote the sample and how it was written simply but kept the reader's attention. For much of the first story, I felt sorry for the characters and I didn't expect it to end like it did. I'm sure those who like thrillers will enjoy it, but I'm a big chicken for scary tales, so I will pass.

A series of horror stories packed with mystery and lots of outstanding and well-developed characters, all of them somehow related to the mall.

I don't enjoy reading horror stories because it gets me scared. But the cliffhanger of the reviewer of this book makes me want to read it. But, I will make sure the reading must be at night.
Thanks for the sincere review.

I love reading suspense and horror stories so I’m looking forward to digging into this one to see what Fischer has to offer in this genre. And this book is a collection so I’m ready to immerse in it.
