What a great review! It does a great job capturing the mysteriousness of the story and gave me chills when reading the part where the elderly woman doesn't recall being in the taxi.

I am fascinated by the reason why Hattie is suffering from memory loss. I am intrigued by how this would affect her life.

"Hattie Vavaseur" by M. Rebecca Wildsmith is a story about Hattie Vavaseur, an elderly woman who appeared to have lost her memory. But to avoid people thinking differently of her, she pretends all is well. This story is a reminder of the travails several elderly people have to contend with in their daily lives as their memories begins to fail them.

"This book sounds intriguing with its mystery and paranormal themes. I’m curious if Hattie’s amnesia is connected to the supernatural forces."

I thoroughly enjoyed reading "Hattie Vavaseur" by M. Rebecca Wildsmith.
What a great and delightful mystery story, interwoven with highly imaginative paranormal and romance elements. I think Hattie's character development was fantastic, pulling in the other characters in the story and bringing her character to life. I particularly liked how Hattie and the local psychic, Vamelda, developed a rapport after a rather rocky beginning. I loved the humor that runs through the story.
Thanks for your wonderful review!
