Review: Copy Cat by Brendan Verville

This was a very interesting and easy to read book. I began reading this book in the hospital while waiting for my granddaughter, and I could hardly put it down until I finished it. Brendan Verville deals with some very technical and heavy-going material on serial killers, their psychology, history and investigative techniques. The killer’s development from his early beginnings are believable, as are his actions, and the plot is quite different. Verville took me on a fast paced thrill ride, as I discovered with him the ultimate nightmare of having the writer’s fictitious serial killer coming to life. Is it a copycat? But how can it be? I don’t want to give out any spoliers here; however I can HIGHLY recommend it. It was by far one of the best books I have ever read pertaining to serial killers and everything in between. It is an amazing crime thriller with gripping tension throughout. Verville adds a slight comical touch to his writing which makes it a definite hook book,and gives it a broad range to peak any-ones interest.
