I haven’t read "Sooner Secrets" yet, but it sounds like a powerful and emotional read. The mix of courtroom drama and real-life issues like domestic violence and healing makes it stand out. It’s definitely going on my must-read list. Informative review! @Kibet Hillary

Hillary, thank you for your well-put-together review of 'Sooner Secrets' by Shelley L. Levisay. I've not read the book, but it appears to be one I would want on my shelves. Your review makes me think the secret relates to the child, Ashley. Mystery, thriller, combined with court drama, sounds too good to pass up. Domestic violence is a prevalent problem in our society, and it sounds like Levisay has explored it well.

I really appreciated how your review highlighted the emotional depth behind the court drama, especially the focus on domestic violence and its impact on children. It's not easy to balance a murder mystery with such sensitive topics, but your review makes it clear the author handled it well. The mention of Jenna’s struggle with trusting her judgment adds another layer I find really intriguing. I’ll definitely consider picking this one up!
