Angels and Demons vs. In the woods

Post by rida »

I have read many thrillers+mystery books so far but I loved Angles and Demons and In the woods. I just cant stop comparing these two.
Angels and demons is one of the books I read with wide eyes and straight back because there wasn't a moment when I felt relaxed. One clue after the other, bundle of mysteries, relating Bernini's art in such a beautiful manner, playing with symbols, describing beauties and art of ROme and Vatican city................I just loved it all. Not a single line to be missed. Not a single paragraph that bores you. It was indeed a ROLLER COASTER RIDE

But it wasn't real. most of the people hated this book after realizing that most of the history and theories described in this book weren't real but I accepted that. If you've to alter the history to provide with a good mystery than I'll live with this sacrifice.

But I still like In the woods better than this because its plot is real. Closer to daily life and feelings of the characters are described in much better way.

But still glad that I read this book and I'll complete the rest of the books of this series too
Read, read & eat then read some more
