'Official Review: The Making of Evil' by C. Ross Dutton is informative and enriching. It excels in outlining the contents of the story of a Columbian man's rise to riches in the drug trade for readers. The point that the book concisely describes the risks children born on the streets face such as sexual abuse, drug trafficking, and debauchery is worth mentioning in the review. Also, the point that the author exhibited quite a rich knowledge of drugs and human trafficking, weaponry, and planes through his vocabulary, as mentioned in the review, is remarkable for readers. It was great to learn that the book serves as a tool for public awareness of the evils of society!

I love any book that is a Bildungsroman. It’s just sad that Juan didn’t grow into a better man. This is a really emotional story.

This psychological thriller dealing with poverty and the consequences of a child growing up in this environment seems to portray a realistic view. It supports the idea of why it's better to raise children with a community of adults. Great review!

An exciting plot from the review. A childhood that no child should ever experience. It brings to mind the age-old question of nature vs nurture.

Many thanks for the detailed review. Definitely worth a read

Wow. What a captivating sample. I fell in love with the book from the first page and that's the power of phenomenal writing. Juan is a powerful character and I love the relationship between him and Sister Emma. I was engrossed in Sister Emma's stories the same way Juan was. This book is a mixture of exciting and mysterious. Kudos to the author on a superb piece and for being selected for today's book of the day.

The upbringing of children matters a whole lot. I can imagine what Juan must have gone through, and who he'd have become if things were only a little different. I'd love to read this though. Thanks for your review!

The book has a wonderful plot, it's relatable to possible causes of how children were brought up to become a criminal. It identity how family and environment was able to influence a child in a negative manner. Captivating review.

This is a book that exposes the negative vices that children on the street face daily just to survive. This would give the government and philanthropist ideas of what to do to prevent such in the future. Congratulations on the book of the day.

Its sad that the environment Juan grew up in wasn't favourable. Lack of affection and thess conditions can make one commit wrong. Interesting review.

Having Juan or any kid grow up in an environment of hunger and neglect, among other things will most likely result in the child growing up to be psychologically impaired. I would love to read this. Thank you for your review!
