I really liked this book. At first it was hard to get into. The car chase didn't excite me much, but I began to enjoy it later and couldn't put it down. I'd say the shift happened for me around the time Sparklynn got kidnapped, from then on, I was hooked to all the drama. Congrats on BOTD

From this review, I am already excited about the book and I can only imagine the characters bickering with technology, it can be frustrating yet funny. Congratulations on BOTD

In *Crimeline Hollywood*, astrologer Dash Harwood, pursued by a hitman, hides out to solve the kidnapping of his famous client, Sparklynn, using coded messages. This is a suspenseful book.

Dash's struggles with technology (like his interactions with Nigel) aren't just comic relief. They reflect a generational gap and the increasing reliance on technology, even in unexpected fields like astrology.

I'm curious as to why a hitman would pursue Dash and whether the former eventually caught up with him. Thanks for the wonderful review.

This is a fantastic book by Thomas Collins, and I will give it that. I have read this book, and it was smooth, engaging, and interesting at every point. Dash and Becca work together to save Sparklynn James, and oh boy, were her "Gloryview" codes super clever! Your review is excellent; however, the book is very far from being professionally edited and contains many errors. Congrats on BOTD!

I happen to read and write a review about the book. It is a good thriller book, blending suspense and humour and also fast-paced with well-developed characters. It is interesting, and fans of humorous crime thrillers would love it. Congratulations on BOTD!

“Crimeline Hollywood” by Thomas Colins is a mystery thriller that begins with Dash Harwood being pursued by a hitman. Dash is an Astrologer to the Stars, and he decided to go into hiding after he evaded the hitman. He chooses a small town to hide in and he then began completing his astrology consultations remotely from his hiding place. His most famous client, Sparklynn, was kidnapped and Dash was asked to help with the investigation. Sparklynn is very interested in codes and puzzles and Dash is hoping that Sparklynn is leaving coded messages in her ransom demands that once solved will help save her. One needs to read the novel to learn if Sparklynn is saved and if the hitman finds Dash. I am looking forward to completing this novel to enjoy the suspense, the humor and the thrill of the chase.

Thank you for such a thorough and engaging review of “Crimeline Hollywood” by Thomas Collins. Your insights into the blend of suspense and humor, especially with moments like Dash’s interactions with his GPS during the high-speed chase, really highlight the book’s unique charm. It’s great to hear that the humor adds a lighthearted touch to the intense action scenes.

I appreciate your honest critique about the chapter lengths. It’s helpful to know that while the short chapters might disrupt the flow a bit, they don’t detract from the overall enjoyment of the story. Your review has definitely piqued my interest, and I look forward to experiencing the dynamic between Dash and Rebecca, as well as the intriguing plot involving codes and puzzles.

Thank you for the recommendation! 📚
