I enjoyed the X-Men movies so I might read this one.The characters sound interesting, I'd like to get to know them.

Reading the free sample, this story immediately caught my attention as I am a horror, thriller and action fan. I hope this is a book I will have access to as I have not read a good gory novel in a while!
Thank you for sharing the wonderful review.

Good recommendation by review and certainly intriguing beginning in free sample. Normally I am not all that much interested in "blockbuster motion picture" but this book does have great potential for much enjoyment.

It's pretty cool that it incorporates elements from Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde while adding new ideas and some action. Thanks for the review!

"Altered Reality" is a supernatural thriller by Joel Knox about revolving around a conflict between people with supernatural powers and evil Giant corporations. It is a sequel to the book, "The Alter". Congratulations on BOTD!

Great review. I love books like this and I’m not bothered by blood or gore. I can’t wait to read about everyone’s alter. I’m a stickler to reading series in order so I’ll put this in my list to read after the first one.

This an insightful review. I have a feeling that this is a science fiction genres based on the review. However, since you didn't categorize it as a science fiction to scare me off, I will give it a shot after I am through with the book that has kept me engaged for now. Congratulations to the author.

I like supernatural stories but not along with urban fantasy! I think though that the lover of this genre will be pleased with this story. Thanks for the review!

This seems like such an interesting and exciting read! I'm honestly not bothered by gory details and sometimes (for myself) it's a good change up from my other books. This is another book that made my reading list and I look forward to the experience! Thank you so much for a great review!

This sounds like an exciting crime novel, filled with great characters and even better villains. I love the fact that there are lots of twists throughout the story but still has a little humor throughout. Congrats on the book of the day! Great review!

This does sound like an X-men based universe thought up by the gritty minds of the generation. I find it to be fascinating and might pick it up. Or I'll see if I like the first one, to make sure I can continue.

Wow this sounds so good! I love X-Men & The Avengers so this is definitely right up my alley. Although the focus on the gory details in my opinion detracts from the story, I still believe that it is worth reading. Thanks for the great review!
