Thanks for the honest warnings in the review. I am not usually a fan of this genre and the mention of prostitution, as well as the free sample on Amazon, has decided it for me. I think I’ll give this one a miss. Glad you enjoyed the books though.

Very detailed review makes me want to read the book. The story line sounds intriguing as it borders on scandal

The description of the books piqued my attention, and I can't wait to grab the copies. Thrilling, action-packed, entertaining and yet maintaining mystery and infusing romance.. Mr. Morris gets you hooked with his writing. Thank you for a wonderful review.

Your review instantly captivated and reminded of the first book that I reviewed for this site. I like that the author kept you guessing until the very last moment. The splitting up of the book into two parts is also a smart move because it builds the tension and makes the reader want to continue the series. I liked that you reviewed both books as one review to give the reader a glimpse into the story.

Great review! I was captivated by the first few pages but was unsure if I wanted to read a book that involves prostitution. Thanks for clarifying that it's not the central theme!

As a fan of well-written thrillers, this book certainly sounds like it checks all the right boxes for me. Looking forward to adding it to my bookshelf. Thanks for your great review.

I am not all that sure that want to deal with story about male prostitute. Additionally, since English is not my native language it will be quite difficult for me to use dictionary with those errors in text. Will shelve it for future reference.

This book started out great. I love a good murder mystery with romance thrown in. The fact the story is was written in two parts is more intriguing. The review makes it sound like a great set to read!

The plot is new and interesting since the victim is a male prostitute. There seemed to be a lot of twists and turns in this mystery novel. Congrats!

I love a good murder mystery. It sounds like Bobby Black had a lot of secrets to keep, and someone is ready to blow it out of the water. Justice for Black! Thanks for your review, this sounds really interesting.

I’m not really a huge fan of mystery novels, so I’ll probably pass on this book, but hope others enjoy.
