Sounds like an enticing thriller with a plot that incorporated a lot of themes. My main concern, however, is whether I would have to read the first three books in order to understand this one. Otherwise, I greatly enjoyed reading your wonderful review. Thank you.

The plot of this story seems scary and not of interest to me. The sound of a ghost scares me already. Nice review though.

Of all the the crime thrillers and detective books that I've read, I've never tried one with witch doctors and voodoo. This is going to be a fresh read for me. This review picked my curiousity and it got me excited about reading this book.

That packed sentence gives a great description of this book! Thank you for your thorough review, and congrats on BOTD.

I love how it has crime and romance all rolled into one. It sounds like the author does a fantastic job of setting the scene and creating multidimensional characters that allow readers to read the book as a standalone Thanks for the lovely review.

This crime thriller seems to contain a little bit of everything: there is action, fantasy, crime, and romance too. There are several characters with different stories too: Detective Cale, his girlfriend Maggie, James Cho Lin, his cousin Benny, and others. Congrats on BOTD to the author! Thanks for the review!

I love reading crime thrillers and therefore Drowning a Ghost by Janson Mancheski is an enchanting book that I would love to read. Congratulations on the BOTD.

Honestly I am type of difficult reader to read chrome thriller book because it might be slow paced book and need more effort to read the early part. however I took interest about this book by reading the review that said this book was fast paced and and compelling crime, thriller, and mystery book.

An intriguing crime thriller where suspense, mystery, and romance come together in a fast-paced, fluid plot. Good to know that despite being part of a series, the book can be read as a standalone. Thanks for this interesting review.

From the review I could see the author did a good job by putting in so many elements through the story. There is a lot going on in this book. I would like to know how it all goes down. I'm so curious, is this story literally about drowning a ghost? It is worth reading. Great review!

This book sounds like one which would keep the reader glued to the pages of the book till the end.

It contains elements which are intriguing, considering the fact that it has one or two things to do with: witch doctor, voodoo, rape and experimental activities.

Many readers would find this book interesting,as it not only focus on one aspect of life but it touches diverse aspects thereby making it easy for different people to resonate with the story line.

There is a lot going on in the book. I have night mares when I watch movies featuring witches, voodoo, suspense and the rest. But the storyline is too intriguing to not explore. Thanks for the articulated review.

There is a lot of crime in this book and I keep wondering whether the protagonist will pull through with his challenges. I hope they keep the baby and get money although it's through wrong channels
