The storyline is quite captivating. Your review was also amazing in that it did not spill spoilers and I found it interesting to read. I have also come across rumours of people trapped in this limbo-like state.

The highlight of this book for me is the importance it laid on family unity. A unified family can achieve whatever they set their mind to do. This was clearly expressed as a subtheme in this book.

The fact that a family of four uncover a mystery together is what gets my attention in this book. Not to mention the fact that the author included mysteries of a wooden box, the dead and a lot more. It sure would be appealing to readers who enjoy the mystery. Thanks for the review!

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting mystery story about a family that stumbles upon a treasure map while on vacation that may be tied to the murder of a young poacher from the 16th Century. Will they find the treasure and discover the truth behind it? It might be worth a second look. Well done.

I can see from the review that the books has two mystery stories in it. The first was the death of Oweyn Skinner, an unfortunate poacher. The second is about a family in a campervan arrives in Combe Haven in Devon and the children stumbled upon an ancient Wooden box. I love adventures, that is why I am going to read this book. Thanks for the great review.

This book seems to bring coming-of-age aspects with a ghost story, mystery, history, folktales, and a functional family with their interactions. Congrats on BOTD to the author! Thanks for the review!
