Wow, the praise for this one is off the charts. I'm definitely going to have to check out Kaylin McFarren's book, despite any "cringe-worthy" plot twists they may have for me!

Quiet scary. Not sure I can read this in the night time. However, I look forward to read this amazing book. This book will make a great and fast selling movie. Kudos to the reviewer and congratulations to the author on winning BOTD.

I have to admit that the plot is really distinct and compelling. The kind of book it is will entice fans of this subgenre. Review was really thorough and insightful. Good work!

Although this was an excellent review, it seems that it is just not the genre of books I typically read. Thank you for the review!

I downloaded Annihilationbefore I read the review. My mistake. I don’t like explicit sex scenes. I think the reader has enough intelligence to figure it out without having it spelled out. It’s called imagination. I am also not real fond of angel/demon books. All that said, however, my reading theme is read bravely. So, I will give it a read and see what happens. Who knows, maybe it will be better than I expect?

Wow, the book sounds really unique. I have read some of the author's other books, and she is skilled at creating well-developed characters, so this book is bound to be much the same. I like that she covers so many topics covered. Thanks for the detailed review.

As the review said, this is definitely a unique and brilliant plot. I like books with angels and demons, and I'm curious to see how Samara's life gets influenced due to the power dynamics around her. Adding the book to my TBR!

What an awesome review! It is well-written and interesting to read. The book has unique theme, the cringe-worthy moment and hard plot twists sounds promising enough for paranormal lovers. I'm not sure if the heavy sexual content would get me into this book. Hell has its own kingdom, I guess.

Annihilation is a well written book with interesting characters and an intriguing plot. I'm already hooked on the book. I like books that features different creatures like demons, angels and humans. Nicely written review.

Not the kind of book that appeals to me since I'm no fan of the paranormal. I also prefer storylines with more mature characters. However, this may be a great choice for young adults.

This book seems to contain some supernatural aspects involving angels, demons, cambions, but also a lot of explicit sex scenes, the themes of politics, romance, and even torture. It sounds suspenseful as well. Congrats on BOTD to the author! Thanks for the review!

This review makes me want to read Annihilation. Plus, I love stories about angels and demons because these kinds of stories challenge the creativity of the author. Though it is mentioned that they are cringe moments, I think it is normal. I have read many novels and all of them have cringe moments or characters because there are characters who represent the cringe archetype. It seems like the plot is well written which I am excited about, especially if it involves some mystery. This review pushes me to read Annihilation!

Only a captivating story with a well-structured plot will make a reader feel a plethora of emotions. Samara sounds like an interesting character. Congrats on the BOTD.
