The review has put the things as simple and plane, as they are, which is a wonderful thing that catches the attention of the reader, builds up the curiosity ground, as to what, lies between the lines, and the amusement scope hidden therein for further respective interpretations on each reader's behalf. Thanks.

This was a great, detailed review but this seems like it is a bit much for me. Not the content necessarily but it sounds as though there is too much going on at one time. I read the sample, and I'm contemplating it, but I don't think I'll read this in the long run.

Crazy Time is a unique and engaging book that skillfully blends darkness and the divine. With elements of suspense and clever use of figurative language, it's an informative and somewhat eerie read.

The review is very intriguing. I am sure the book must be more so. But I don't think I am ready to read through so much tragedy, right now. I might pick it up in the future, though. It must be scary to live through it, right?

Lily was wounding the moment of that night seeing her brother David commit suicide. The book was amazing.

“Crazy Time” by L. Andrew Cooper is a book that combines horror, depression and tragedy. A bizarre battle with darkness and the Divine that centers on Lily, an agnostic that watched her three friends get murdered on the highway and she barely survived. Lily’s brother David committed suicide three months later. How much more can Lily take and she began to believe she was cursed. The book is a good read but more detail should have been provided about the main characters. The book nicely draws from the Bible focusing on Exodus and Revelations as the story describes the battle between darkness and the divine. I look forward to reading this book and I am adding it to my to-read shelf. Very good review.

This book sounds interesting because of the irony, metaphor and the story line of events that goes from bad to worse for Lily. *Crazy Time* by L. Andrew Cooper is a book about the darkness and the Divine. It is a story that is more suspenseful than horror but even the author had a difficult time writing about the tragedies that Lily suffered through. One such tragedy is that her brother, David, commits suicide just three months after her three best friends are murdered with Lily barely escaping the same fate. Whew! Lily lived through a lot of tragedy in a ‘crazy time.’

This is a very informative review about a scary and horrific story. The review I rate 4 out of 4 but the book itself I can't pass comment on. I will not finish it as I do not like violent stories and it annoys me when people believe God should intervene. We make our own decisions. The four were innocent but silly. They should have turned off the highway at the exit, and it was illogical and clueless to stop. So obvious that the other driver wouldn't be even a tiny bit concerned about scraping their vehicle. The four-wheel-drive had been driven in such a bullying and ignorant way, the driver and passenger weren't likely to be pleasant when confronted. And the craziness doesn't end for Lily. Definitely a horror story.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting thriller novel following Lily, who was supposed to have an ordinary life until she watches three of her friends get murdered. Since then, she feels like she is cursed as strange and tragic events keep happening around her. Will she figure out what caused this "curse" and will she get it removed? It might be worth a second look. Well done.

I find it hard to get a book that has the right balance of detail. I like to use my imagination, yet writers seem to over play the detail. I guess this book underplays it. Thank you for the heads up. This one sounds a little too crazy for me.

I am really curious to know what will happen to Lily. Is she really cursed? I can't wait until I read this exiting horror novel. Your review awakened my curiosity. Thank you for the great review.

I was really interested in this book, however, after reading your forthright review, I am a little unsure. I will read it anyway, I love a good mystery, but I also love a good mystery that gets you thinking and allowing you to "get lost" in the story because you can imagine being there while trying to figure it out. Thanks for the great critique!

Thank you for your wonderful review. This is a genre I do like occasionally, but I am usually picky about it. I started sampling the book and kept wanting to know what would happen to Lily next. I can't imagine how horrific it was for her to watch her three friends be murdered and then suffer from survivor's guilt. After reading your review, I have decided to definitely add it to my list of books to read.
