I’m not a fan of books narrated from a third person point of view, but I think I could read it if the journal is narrated by its author from their own perspective. What I love about it:
-It seems to be an intriguing book as most of the questions are answered at the end.
-If the end isn’t enough conclusive, I would probably read the next one.
-I love vampires and mysteries.

Even though I find the storyline described in the review fascinating and interesting, I am anyway strongly discouraged from reading this book, mostly thanks to the errors mentioned and the cliffhanger. No offense and congratulations with BOTD!

"Children of the Eighth Day" by Mark Graves seems to be a book full of mystery. I will read to know how the discovery of the journey changed John's life.

Sadie and Lulu's unexpected end had me surprised. I really didn't think that was going to happen to them. The book's flow is steady and uninterrupted, I like that. Congrats on BOTD!

"📚 Just finished Children of the Eighth Day by Mark Graves, and it's a gripping ride! Vampires, suspense, and a battle of good versus evil kept me hooked. The creative imagination and suspenseful storytelling are remarkable. Definitely a must-read for vampire fiction fans.

I'm not a fan of vampire stories, however the book sounds intriguing with elements of suspense and intrigue. Sounds quite interesting. The review is also detailed and amazing.

I'm absolutely obsessed with vampire stories so this is right up my alley. I definitely would like to read it. The sample I read alluded to a bit of a mystery component to this whole vampire situation so I'd like to see where it goes.

I enjoyed your thoughtful review! Although I don't usually care for vampire-themed books, this one should really good. I like the concept of a boy discovering journals written (supposedly) by a vampire. I also like that the vampire, Alexander, winds up being a relatable character. I am off to read the sample on Amazon.
