I love thrillers that keep me at the edge of me seat, but terrorism is already on the news, so I shall pass on this one. What a wonderful review. Thank you.

THE DATE FARM by JACK WINNICK (free sample chapters)
This book, even though it is part of a series, definitely has the bones to be read as a stand-alone. That said, by the end of the first chapter, the author has already brought you to the edge of your seat. A really good book draws you in immediately. It leaves just enough to the imagination that you have to continue reading. This book does that and more. The author uses world events as his muse which pulls the reader in more.
The first four chapters were included in the sample reading. This reader wonders, what will happen next?

An FBI mystery sounds super exciting. I look forward to reading this book. I'm glad you say it stands on its own.

RE: OFFICIAL REVIEW: THE DATE FARM BY JACK WINNICK
I was actually amazed at the story and the writing style because I didn't expect the story to be the way it was, judging from the title . I haven't read the other books and thought that I would be missing something but this one got me. It's cinematic and thrilling and made me feel like I was in the story witnessed the whole thing unfold first hand . I also love the chemistry between the main characters. 😊

Seemingly this book is interesting enough to be added straight away to my TBR list. I am wishing to read this as soon as possible. Congratulations on being BOTD

I’m not a fan of realistic suspense thrillers where two characters are romantically involved (I read to get away from real life, ha ha). Still, this is an excellent review and your enthusiasm for the book shines out of it.

An interesting stand-alone international thriller "The Date Farm" by jack winnick follows Lara Edmond,a FBI agent and Uri Levin, a Mossad agent, who are summoned to duty after a brutal terrorist assault on a shopping mall. The story seems to be quite exiciting.
life is only knowing the unknown, we can do this by reading books easily- Online book club is a great place for this. This is what I believe.

Good review. It’s a good thing you enjoyed reading the book as a stand alone but I’m not really a fan of international thriller so I’ll pass on reading this. Thanks

I also found it refreshing that both of their characters lacked the typical bravado often displayed by agents in international thrillers.
I love this aspect of the book. It seems like a great thriller and would love to read it. Great review.

The excerpt was fast-paced, and I am interested that you say it continues like that. I am also happy to read that is able to stand on its own. I am going to continue this one, thanks for a good review!

You did a good job on the review filling in just enough to wet our appetite and leave us wanting more. But I'm left with one question...what is a "Date Farm?" Guess I'll have to read it to find out!

I tried it but the end of the first chapter pulled me out of it and I couldn't get back in. It's a pity because it is fast paced and finely written.
