For the fun of Reading, this looks an exciting book however from my moral conviction this is not much appealing as a thriller, but I can't just just judge till I get the book! Congratulations!!

Thank you for the review, this seems a book you can get into even without reading the previous, if the detailed plot summary is any indication.

I find Italian mafia stories quite intriguing. I am glad this one has the right mix of action, suspense, surprises, romance, and even some comedy, to keep the reader entertained. Certainly a book worth picking up.

Very nice review. I hope Frankie is able to find Biff's son and Jimmy is not able to find Frankie! I love a good italian mob story. There is something exciting about prisons.

I'm into this type of genre whether into reading books or watching movies. Thank you for the heads-up. I'll gotta add this one on my list.

I'm glad to hear this is a good book for those new to the genre because that's me, haha. This sounds like a fun read. It's rare that a book is, if anything, paced a bit too fast. Thanks for the review!

Thank you for your honest review of this book. It has piqued my interest but the pacing in a book is really important to me. A book needs to be well-balanced and the fact that the author jumps from big events or points to another makes me hesitate to pick this book up. I think that I'll put it on my to-be-read shelf and check it out at a later time.

I had fun getting to know Frankie, Biff, Jimmy, and the rest of the mob in the sample. "Will Frankie end up rich, dead, or both?" That's the question of the day!

Interesting books in most cases must have a combination of multiple twists. I prefer when I read a book that makes me laugh, hit me with action and feels me with romance. I desire to read this book because it looks like sensitional art of writing. Thumbs up with a well written review and congratulation to the BOTD.

This sounds like a fast-paced intriguing book. I can agree with you on giving a review of the first book at the beginning of this one being a lot of help. It would be nice if all authors did that. I am going to pass on this book due to the heavy profanity. Thanks for the heads up and for the great review!

This sounds like an action-packed mob story that would be perfect for fans of crime novels. It's too bad it jumped from event to event so fast. Thanks for the detailed review!

This sounds like an exciting read! I really liked the point you made about the summary at the beginning. I agree with you that the use of a brief beginning summary for books in a series can be helpful and is highly underutilized. Thanks for the thoughtful review!
