Wonderful, in depth review! I don’t think that this book is my kinda read, but it sounds pretty well written.

Great job on the review! I like that the Rick is a likeable character and the emotional angle used in the book, not a lot of crime fictions do that.

Thumbs up for such a powerful review! It certainly has the power to change minds. I love the fact that the story elicited a lot of varying emotions within your person which is so relatable in our daily lives. Too bad about the unnecessary relationships, it generally tends to slow down the pace but I'm glad the end was neither a cliffhanger nor predictable. Kudos.

It is not the book I would chose to read. But many would like to learn a bit about criminal word from within, especially with psychological aspects.
Thank you for the review!

Excellent review, thank you! It sounds as if the author created a sympathetic character in the protagonist, one that inspires the reader to root for his success/safety despite his role in the criminal world. That is a difficult feat. I think this sounds like a fascinating book, I'm looking forward to reading it.

Great review. I liked the exposure into the criminal mind. I think it's quite complicated and the author did a good job giving some motives behind their actions.

Good review. This book also seems to give voice to the unseen world of drugs. We all see the arrests but not how someone can get into dealing them in the first place.

It's interesting when one ends up rooting for a character whose actions are morally questionable - that means the author did a good job in establishing empathy. I've noticed those homophone errors in books I've reviewed too - shows a lack of careful checking by a human.
