Oh, wow! That's a lot of historical events tied together in this novel. At first, I thought Abby was a spy or something but it seems like she is a journalist. I could only imagine how tough the job was during those times. I added it to my to-read list.

My favorite mix-gen! And in historical setting to boot. I find it's description in review quite captivating in all things that matter most, like plot and characters. My personal best - different perspectives given through prolonged period of times.

This historical suspense of the novel including the St. Valentine's Day Massacre, the Al Capone Trials, the Stock Market Crash, and the social climate in Germany during the rise and fall of Adolf Hitler a well-written and fast-paced narrative sounds like quite an engaging read.

I am very fond of historical fiction and I particularly enjoy the 1920's through to after the Second World War. I enjoy the world of that time, the events and even the ladies, therefore I think that this book will definitely appeal to me! The review is comprehensive and gives a good summary of the book without spoiling anything. I enjoyed reading it and I think that I will enjoy this book as well.

The title was off-putting, but now I have read your review I am extremely grateful for the free copy! Witnessing a mafia crime must indeed be a dangerous thing, with its own consequences....I definitely want to find out what will happen to Abby and her friends.

Kill Abby White! Now! by C.B. Huesing sounds like a great read. Am inspired by Abby and her friends' story, how they were shot at after witnessing a Mafia crime, in Chicago. She and Dan, Karl, and Esther survive but are attacked again while they are still in protective custody prior to the Al Capone trial. Surviving two attacks isn't an easy thing. Great review!

I enjoyed your excellent review of "Kill Abby White! Now!" by C.B. Huesing and am looking especially forward to reading it for myself! As a historical genre reader, I am eagerly anticipating its retelling of places, people, and events relative to this story's time period. Strong female protagonists (like Abby) are always a welcome read. Special thanks to the author for offering this great book giveaway!

The characters of this story are fictitious, but the author creatively related them with the historical events like the protagonist comes face to face with Hitler. A criminal event with lots of twists and turns that makes this story very engaging.

The title of this book made me intrigued about it's storyline. I think it's appropriate with the context. Witnessing a murder together indeed would make those witnesses' lives entwined forever. So, I'm sure this book would be quite interesting. Thanks for the review.

From a sampling, this was an interesting historical fiction surrounding 1929 and the mafia. The characters seem well designed and developed. This is worth a second look. Well Done.

Even though I like thrillers, the historical aspect just puts me off. Not my cup of tea. This one is going in the no pile.

Interesting how you can identify real events among fiction. Love a book where the characters are well developed and you get to feel attached to them. Thank you for the review!
