When I read the title I thought it's a ghost story. Then the cover picture made me think this is a humorous one. After reading the review it was clear that this is a crime book. Crime isn't my type of genre so I'll skip this one.

Thanks for a very interesting review.A good read with love, muder, deceit and so on is almost unavoidable.

Even though I'm not too keen on the bits of romance, there are few things I love more than a good crime mystery, and this one sounds SO intriguing. I really want to know who the girl of the title is!

I like that the cover page slightly provides an overview of what to expect in the book. Additionally, I find this noteworthy that
the characters are perfectly written for their specific roles in the book and each character bought something new and thrilling to the book.
I will read the book. Great review.

The cover of the book had me thinking that this was a book about marital arts fighting, not a murder mystery.

This looks like a great book! When I was reading the table of contents, some of the titles of the chapters were quite a play on words and some were quite funny. Then I started reading and that may be the only funny part of the book. It started out with a literal bang and kept going. I cannot wait to get into it and see what happens. It is moving up to my top shelf and next to be read. Thanks so much for this offering.

A murder mystery book sounds intriguing. Bogie is an interesting character too. I can't wait to see what happens in the end. Thanks for the review

This is a murder mystery thriller set in Boston, with themes like relationships, grief, love, parenting, lies, and action. The book is temporarily free on Amazon Kindle and has an awesome OnlineBookClub review. I rated the book 4 out of 4 stars. Congrats @CHRISBIRDY1 on the BOTD.

This sounds like a captivating book. It has crime, romance, and suspense. The characters are well-written and the narrative is captivating. The cover is a bit weird but it certainly grabs your attention.

Bogie McGruder investigates his brother's death while also protecting his ex-girlfriend and her daughter. I'm confused about the connection between the title and the plot. Mystery crime books are usually not my cup of tea, so I'll skip this one.
