Being compared to Agatha Christie and PG Wodehouse, I can imagine the novel includes an eclectic cast of characters. I love old arrogant ladies in novels, too proud to admit a memory issue - I look forward to reading this book, not in the least because of the humor included.

There are hints of an amazing novel in the lively, precise language and the captivating characters I came across in the sample. I'm adding this to my list of titles to read. I'd love to follow Hattie's story.
