It seems like a big investigation Adam and Davis had with these two countries, the USA and China involved. I hope that Dave received justice with the help of his friends. Congratulations to the author on BOTD!

This seems like quite and interesting book. I love a good, suspenseful read, especially murder mysteries. I'm rooting for Adam and his friends, hoping they will solve this mystery and bring the perpetrators to justice.

I was at first skeptical of this book upon reading the sample of this book. Upon reading the reviewer’s response to the book I can see that it is not exactly what I thought it would be. It appears to be a thriller set in modern times with modern societal issues. I would be interested in finding out more about this book.

Sounds like "Slay the Dragon" by William McGinnis is a gripping thriller that dives into corruption and brave fights for justice. The plot of investigating crimes and exposing hidden truths is so intriguing! The author's way of building suspense and the short chapters must make for an engaging read. Plus, having a character list at the beginning is a thoughtful touch. 📖

"Slay the Dragon" based on commonly found themes and elements in dragon-slaying narratives.

In the typical dragon-slaying story, the dragon symbolizes a formidable obstacle or a representation of evil threatening a community or individual. The protagonist, often a brave hero, takes on the treacherous task of slaying the dragon to restore peace and restore balance.

"Slay the Dragon" might follow a similar structure, showcasing the hero's journey. It could depict the struggles faced by the protagonist, such as acquiring the necessary skills, gathering weapons or allies, and gathering the courage to face the fearsome dragon.

The story could emphasize themes such as bravery, sacrifice, and the triumph of good over evil. It may also explore the inner conflicts and personal growth of the protagonist as they confront their fears and fulfill their destiny. Along the way, they might face moral dilemmas, make unlikely alliances, and ultimately find the necessary strength to face the dragon.

The dragon itself often embodies elements of chaos, destruction, or greed. It could be portrayed as a physical manifestation of the hero's internal struggles or external conflicts plaguing the world. Defeating the dragon may not only bring about outward victory but also represent the hero's personal transformation and the vanquishing of their own fears and limitations.

Ultimately, the story "Slay the Dragon" has the potential to provide an exciting and engaging narrative that explores universal themes of courage, heroism, and the pursuit of justice.

Good review. I wonder how a story about murder flipped into an investigation about saving America from China :| . The plot seems interesting. I hope this is not a book about demonizing China.
