His approach is definitely different in that the vampires in the book are not the traditional vampires--they don't turn into bats or die in the sun, for example. He even gives an explanation for why some people become vampires. He certainly has a creative imagination. I hope you get a chance to read it!

I have never read a book about vampire because I was sure thatI wouldn’t like them. I am now, however, in the middle of a zombie series and I didn’t. Think I’d like them either. I guess I just need to get the right one.

My type of book. I was extremely lured by your review and will make sure to dive into this novel. I often wonder if vampires and other unseen creatures are real because much is said about them. The review is interesting, and I love it
