Re: Review of Children of the Eighth Day
His approach is definitely different in that the vampires in the book are not the traditional vampires--they don't turn into bats or die in the sun, for example. He even gives an explanation for why some people become vampires. He certainly has a creative imagination. I hope you get a chance to read it!Patty Allread wrote: ↑28 Apr 2022, 13:21 Oh! The trials and tribulations of being a vampire! Good review! The topic is not new, but the author's approach in this novel sounds very creative.

The author has a unique take on vampires that is different from the others. I think you will enjoy reading the book!smoothcrowd wrote: ↑28 Apr 2022, 14:57 Nice! We've got ourselves a vampire story on our hands. Shout out to the main vampire stories: The Originals, Vampires Dairy and Twilight. I sure am going to give this book a try. Thanks for the lovely review.

I was extremely lured by your review and will make sure to dive into this novel. I am glad that it has no negatives besides the errors, which can be fixed with another round of proofreading. As always, I enjoyed your phrasing and the enticing feeling you spark with your writing style. Thank you for a well-written review!
