Excellent review! I love psychological thrillers. I would read this book, but I'm glad you mentioned the rape plot because I tend to stray away from that! Job well done!

Thanks! I thought it was definitely worth mentioning. That's dark territory.

Already commented, but wanted to congratulate the author for getting a good review and for the other story being the Book of the Day! Thanks for the warning about the rape. Good review!

Great review, Tanaya! I love good suspenseful books! I actually read Sutton's Dodged Bullets and thought it was great. I can only imagine what she does in a longer novel.
Congratulations to the author for being the Book of the Day and receiving such a positive review! :tiphat:

Great review! I'm not sure if I'd be okay with the rape plot, but I do love me a good murder story. I think I might have to add this one to my KU list rather than pay for it since I'm not sure I'll be able to stomach that certain part of the book. Thanks!

Thank you all for the interest! I feel as the author I should go ahead and comment that that rape scene is not explicit and leaves that scene with much left to the imagination.
