Awesome review! As I’ve stated a few times now, this series must be great considering that every book (I think?) has not only been BOTD, but has achieved that title MULTIPLE TIMES. Reading-wise, I haven’t really gotten into the spy thriller genre, but this would be a good opportunity to change that. Give me action/adventure with some romance in the mix (all well-written, of course) any day!

In this installment of the series, Lara Edmond and her husband, Uri Levin are summoned from their relaxing vacations, after a brutal assault on a shopping mall. This story seems to be full of action and suspense, so it will definitely appeal to readers who enjoy international thrillers.

This is for someone who likes watching web series all the time. You would only enjoy if you keep reading all the related parts, otherwise you will feel boring.

Thanks for the great review. This book has been featured a few times now as BOTD in OBC. Each reviewer gives their unique perspective of the book. From your review, I have drawn some insights into the book which made me realize that the author has some balance between the terrorist and the victim. For instance, your mention of the fact that nationality did not depict who the hero or villain was, and that the notion of nationality biases and prejudices were dispelled in the book indicates an objective view towards terrorism and the concept of hero and villain. I also find that the author's attempt to define the concept of hero and villain is important, given the prejudices and biases that arise when terrorists attack any given area. This book may make for some thought-provoking reading, as would all other Jack Winnick books that I have seen featured in BOTD.

As Lara and Uri prepare for their future together, the job doesn't take a break. A mall attack in Los Angeles brings them back to the forefront of the battle. Jack Winnick's series brings adventure and espionage once again. Congrats on BOTD!

The Date Farm by Jack Winnick adds another feather in the Jack Winnick collection. All the mystery ventures of Lara and Uri are interesting as well as gripping. No loose end is found in the masterfully written plot. The review throws light on the plot and characters of this novel. It helps to understand the tone and intonation of the novel.

If you like thrillers based on real historical events, then “The Date Farm" by Jack Winnick is a must-read. Find out how Lara and Uri sacrificed their lives to save innocent civilians from attacks by terrorists and learn about international counterterrorism: how terrorists’ strategic positions in the government, banks, security, and the military are counter attacked.

Great review! Although I usually do not like this genre, I love Jack Winnick's work. The Date Farm was the first book of his that I read, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Lara and Uri make a great grime-fighting couple.

If you enjoy a fast-paced international espionage, this is an excellent read that revolves around the Iran-US conflict. Well-known Lara and Uri add to the fun and enjoyment of the story.

This duo of Lara and Uri always delivers wherever they are needed. I just love their passion, commitment, and determination in their occupations amidst the dangers they face in the field. They made me love all the Lara and Uri series due to the fantastic roles they played. You really analysed the book well and wrote a great review.

I am so glad that such agents put their lives at risk for intelligence which can prevent these attacks because these attacks kill people of all religions, they kill humanity. I have read glimpses of previous work of this author of the same series and they were all wonderful. Congratulations to the author for the BOTD and best wishes for future projects.

As Lara and Uri navigate through dangers, it's a reminder that borders do not define heroes, but their unwavering commitment to a cause. Kudos to Winnick for crafting a story that entertains and prompts introspection.
