Saying the book "will satisfy you" definitely assisted me in the curiosity of wanted to read. Serving in the Army gave me more of the thrill to read novels that have an aura about them, she's reeling me in, and her view does not disappoint. Martina has a great description without telling all the details. Now I want to hurry and go read Shooting Bogies.

This is a great review. With well-drawn characters, gripping stories, and humour, this definitely sounds worth reading. My son likes this kind of book, and I just made a note to buy him a copy for Christmas!

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting crime thriller novel following a golf hustler who must make amends with a rival crime organization or face the consequences. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

Shooting Bogies by Ralph Monti is a perfect blend of crime, dark humor, and twists. Rocky Delmonico’s run-in with the mob after a funeral faux pas is suspenseful, witty, and packed with action. Highly recommend for fans of the C/T/M/H genre. Congratulations on being BOTD!

Ralph Monti's book "Shooting Bogies" is a hilarious, emotional look at the struggles and accomplishments of golf from the perspective of a regular player. Monti's writing style is warm and sympathetic, with funny quips that will appeal to both amateur golfers and casual readers. The book is about more than simply golf; it's about accepting life's shortcomings, finding delight in minor successes, and having a good chuckle along the way. Monti's views are honest and unpretentious, allowing readers to identify with his journey through the game's ups and downs.
Whether you're an experienced golfer or just getting started, "Shooting Bogies" is written with a storytelling ease that makes you feel like you're conversing with an old friend who is as passionate about the sport as he is about sharing his experiences.
Rating: 4 out of 5. This book is a fun, lighthearted read that adds humor to the sometimes difficult game of golf. It is not very technical, which may disappoint those seeking advanced insights, but it compensates for this with charm and relatability. Perfect for everyone who appreciates a nice golf story with lots of laughs.

Why did the MC tick off a mob family? Will he be safe from them? Sounds like this book is a gem for lovers of fast paced plotlines. Dark humour is usually not my thing, but I'll try this one.
I write the best reviews possible. :idea2:
