Obviously, Tony played good card well to warm his way into Sophie's heart. It's going to take more than just a private investigator's report to get him out of her life.

This must be the most enthusiastic and thorough review I've ever read. I intended to give this book a pass because the first few sample pages are filled with dialect. There isn't anything wrong with using dialect, but long passages make me tired from translating it into proper words. Your enjoyable review makes me think I should give it another look.

This one does sound to have authentic portions of dialogue, relatable reasoning, well-developed characters, and a great overall flow! Thanks for the helpful details and impressions.

I love that there was excellent character development, especially in Sophie's case. She seemed very realistic. I also liked that the story was well-written. Wonderful review.

Thank you for sharing your review with us. I battled to get into the story with the sample pages, but after reading your review I’m considering adding this to my reading list.

Official Review: A Trail of Blood by Peter Goldman with Nicola Malatesta, Pl. gives the readers the concept and understanding of the story of the book! The brilliance of the author in writing the story does not escape the eyes of the readers. The reviewer lays enough emphasis on the description of the characters of the story!

The plot sounds unique and catchy. Crime thrillers are one of my favorites and this book found its way to my shelf thanks to your captivating review. Although, perhaps it would be better to start the series with book one. Thanks for the recommendation!

This seems like a hard-to-put down work of fiction. I'm curious to find out what Tony's reaction will be when he finds out that Sophie's sons hired private investigators to dig out his private life. I also like the fact that the character development was superb. Thank you for this wonderful review!

Since I don't enjoy a lot of profanity in my reading, I'll likely pass on this book. It's great that it is written so flawlessly and without errors! Thanks for the nicely detailed review!

The real tragedy here is that this fictitious book resembles real life too closely. An elder who never found the love they deserve now clings to a youthful lover who is out to use him or her. :|

Thanks for the review, I like a good detective novel and I can read past profanity if it is part of a character's personality. I also like the plotline, I can't wait to read this one!

Great review! I'm sold. Will definitely put this book on my "to-read" shelf. One thing, though; I thought that the title of the book was not explained by your synopsis. Was there really a "trail of blood", i.e. a murder, or were the writers being dramatic?
