I feel there is more to the murders that Gilly is keeping hidden, which explains her long-lasting guilt. This novel appears to contain a lot of interesting characters with a terrible past. I'm looking forward to reading the book.

Dead Reckoning has a captivating storyline. I'm curious about how things unfold for Gilly when she went back to Byron. The story has elements of horror, suspense, and mystery that make it more interesting. Congratulations on making book of the day!

This crime/horror book is a suspenseful story about a young girl committing murders. It is not meant for sensitive viewers because the murders involves children. Great review.

Today's book of the day is a crime thriller novel set in Indiana, America. The story is about a crime committed twenty-six ago and how the event kept haunting the protagonist of the story. It's an interesting storyline and great plotline. Congrats on #BOTD!

I'm unsure if I understood what exactly is going on in this book. Gilly and her friend Sally found a baby in the forest, why are they hated so much for having found the dead baby. They weren't the ones that killed it or were they? I'm a bit confused on that, so I'll have to read the book to understand. Anyway, congratulations on BOTD.

This book is a page-turner. The story is so involved and captivating that you just can't put it down. As the plot thickens and we learn that hatred is beyond forgiveness, we begin to wonder how the characters will deal with their various toxic relationships. Congratulations on BOTD! Thank you for your review.

What brought about the scariness and fear of Gilly and Sally after twenty-six years? Could it be that they experience strange forces that stirred the memory? I would love to know more about Gilly. Great review.

This is really the first instance that I'm seeing of time not healing the wounds. Unfortunately for Gilly time seemed to have made it worst, as people grow so much hatred for her. I hope she gets pass this time. Congratulations on BOTD.

Congrats on BOTD!
Amazing tale! I am intrigued by the girls' decision-making process. I suppose I will have to read the narrative to find out. I could tell this book would be intriguing to read just by looking at the cover. It involves a huge number of plots. I am eager to learn more.

The intro of your review had me shocked at what the girls discovered, and it immediately triggered the need in me to know what exactly happened. I also love murder mysteries, but this one doesn't sound as if murder is the only theme in this book. I am very interested in reading this book and discovering all of the different developments. Well done on an excellent review and for #BOTD!

We can also safely say that it is almost impossible to completely assess a person based on his current attributes or character. Melody, for example, seemed to be a happy girl with wonderful behavior and a benevolent spirit. Jess, her brother, seemed to be the opposite. Fast-forward twenty-six years and the roles are reversed. Jess is now a policeman, and Melody is a lunatic of some sort.
Some of you may not agree with this but I completely do, after experiencing something similar. A realistic and well written review. Thank you.

Your review, although very engaging, did not compel me to read the book. I do not like stories with dead children. I read the sample, and I did not enjoy it much. Although the story is gripping, I would not read this book because I found the plot to be a bit morbid. It was particularly creepy to read the part where Gilly sniffs the dead baby and strokes her hair.

It's a gem, this book. I found it challenging to put down because of the intriguing mix of suspense and small-town charm. The right times are left for you to be left hanging by the author. eagerly awaiting the upcoming one.

I like reading thriller and mystery books. Yet I must admit that I am not entirely sure what is going in this novel. I suppose I'll have to read it myself to really comprehend. Nevertheless I appreciate the book.
