What an insightful review! I appreciate how you highlighted the unique aspects of "Easy Marks," particularly the way Dennis Walsh sheds light on the vulnerabilities of older adults to fraud. It's refreshing to see a book that not only tells an engaging story but also raises awareness about such an important issue. Your description of Sal's journey and the formation of Senior Recovery Services (SRS) makes the book sound both heartwarming and thrilling. Mona's character also seems quite intriguing, especially her dynamic relationship with Sal. The mention of Italian food and culture adds an appealing layer to the narrative. Your enthusiasm for the book is contagious, and I'm looking forward to reading it. Thank you for such a detailed and passionate review!

Life has its own way of surprising you when you least expect it. You are bound to receive the things meant for you, and it always comes at the perfect time, just like for Sal. This concept regarding frauds against senior citizen is a fresh and unique approach. Congrats on the BOTD!

I love books like this. Senior recovery service is a great help to many citizens. My friends and family have lost much money from fraud, which is disheartening. I would love to read the book.

As we age, the portion of our brain, the amygdala, that controls the emotional side of our thinking becomes more pronounced. Seniors tear up when witnessing emotional things: a story, a movie, or a sad news report. The neocortex can force hasty and bad decisions

"Easy Marks" by Dennis Walsh offers an engrossing dive into the gritty, high-stakes world of undercover investigations. Walsh's keen eye for detail and narrative flair bring to life the perilous cat-and-mouse games between law enforcement and criminal masterminds. The book's authenticity and raw, unfiltered look at the life of an undercover operative make it a compelling read for true crime aficionados. The tension is palpable, the characters vividly portrayed

It's true that old people are an easy target for fraudsters because they live lonely and not up to date with the trends in technology.

Sal from Dennis Walsh's novel "Easy Marks" serves as an example of how life is a journey that never truly ends. Like wine, life may improve with age. I am happy for Sal and Mona. Congratulations on BOTD. Excellent review.

I find this book to be educational, especially for the elderly ones. I will read the book to know how SRC operates and how life was like for Sal after retirement, working as a "septuagenarian." Congratulations on being the BOTD.

"Easy Marks" by Dennis Walsh. Sal and his friend start a 'Senior Recovery Services' to help the elderly recover their money from a scam they were victims of. Senior citizens are easily taken for a ride as they are generally not tech-savvy. Having worked for a credit card company, I have seen senior citizens dispute such fraudulent charges in their credit card statements on similar lines. Congrats on Book of the Day!
