Dora, Ernie's mother, sounds like a character I, too, would fall in love with. Actually, your description of her reminds me of my grandmother. A mirder mystery that seems to have gotten out of hand stirs ip the mind of Ernie. The plot twists comes about in an odd way which keeps us wanting to read more. There is also romance between Ernie and someone that could be a suspect. Where is the evidence leading us to…the child or the lover?
