Wow! A very inspiring book. Yes, a person who lost his face and then fingers looks like a fiction, but it is about what can happen in our community. If we read, let's take time to meditate. Thanks for the author

I enjoy reading crime thrillers, and this one sounds like a fascinating one. The fact that the author masterfully blends narration from the first and third-person perspectives is enthralling. I have added this to my shelf. Thanks for the review.

What a gripping premise! I must say, the sample did keep me glued to the pages. Amnesia, personality loss and a great mystery will do that. I am sure this book will appeal to a wide audience. It is also commendable that the author has managed to write a septology around his characters! Thanks for the thorough review!

I have just read the sample, but the writer definitely keeps the reader in suspense. I like books best when you have the answers at the end. Thank you for a great review.

Well, I seldom see books in personality loss and discovery, but this one is a typical set. How come a person loses his face and fingers! The title, The Lost Identity Casualties must be thrilling at a peak, and Where the Bones of a Buried Rat Lie, the aftermath must be interesting. Good review, Melchi Asuma. Thanks.

I agree, I have always read about this author and some of his books. When it comes to discussing books like Callaghan vol. 1 & 2 these books are highly thriller and dark. I can't imagine what that man must be going through, such a traumatic experience it would be. I surely wanna read this book out and go through all his experiences.

Although not my style, this book sounds perfect for fans of mystery and intrigue that carry through in a series of books. It’s a plus that it is so well edited. Thanks for a nicely detailed review!

I commend your detailed review of the duology. While the premise is indeed interesting, especially the prospect of obtaining a new face by transplant, I am intimidated by the sheer volume of the entire work. I might work my way through this, though.

Nice review. I really like a book that is filled with suspense and has a well crafted plot. I want to read this one but want to read the first book of the series first. I feel like I will miss key elements if I don’t. Looking forward to delving into the adventures of Matthias!

I do not like the sound of the author starting a story he didn't finish. Overall, this looks good!

Yes, it is one of good novel this one. I loved how the author kept the pace and the suspence all the way through. The price you pay when you look so much like your father. You will definitely enjoy, I know I did. Congrats to the author.

I hope that the dropped story lines are picked up in the other books in the series! I don’t think that I want to read this one, though. I do not usually read crime stories.

I like books with suspense, and a follow-up book, they never disappoint. Great book.

I'm curious to find out how Matthias first lost his 10 fingers, face and memory and how he then survives after suffering these losses.
