James Meenagh’s writing is evocative and atmospheric, effectively building tension and suspense throughout the novel. His descriptions are vivid, particularly in the scenes involving supernatural occurrences. The dialogue is realistic and helps to deepen the reader’s connection to the characters.

This review makes it easy for one to know what to expect in the book.
I really do hope Nick and Reggie get through to the bottom of it all, and against those overly rich higher-ups.
Thanks for the great review.

I will give this book a chance despite the cringeworthy content. I am drawn to the storyline. Thank you for the review.

The story's focus on a human trafficking ring and the involvement of high-powered individuals creates a strong sense of tension and urgency. As a lover of crime books, I can't wait to get on this one.

I loved how you described the intensity and suspense of "Death's Companion." Nick Parker's complex character and his journey to take down a human trafficking ring sound captivating. I’m eager to see how Coop, the German shepherd, adds to the story!

A fast-paced page-turner, "Death's Companion," follows Nick Parker as he investigates a human trafficking case. The story sounds intriguing with the inclusion of Coop, Nick's one-hundred-pound German shepherd companion, who never barks (nor does he need to). Congrats on BOTD!

Hi @Goodness Kene, I just read your comments on the official review of "Death's Companion" and I respect your decision not to read this book. The topic of abduction of young woman for a human trafficking ring that has expanded from Chicago to Seattle is very interesting and I expect good to win over evil and the "Disciples" will meet their doom. I do plan to read the book to learn how they meet their doom. @Mrlefty0706
