This book has a lot going on. I never thought that so many themes such as witch doctors, voodoo, the dark web, child abduction, human trafficking, murder, illegal drugs, and so on would be present in one book. I look forward to seeing the detective crack the mystery.

The story sounds captivating, and it seems Detective Cale has a big war to wage. I am still wondering who had the opportunity and means to murder the ex-con. Thanks for the fascinating review.

I enjoy a good mystery-thriller, so I was going to check out this book anyway, but the mention of a witch doctor and voodoo has further piqued my interest. Thank you for the honest review!

Seems like this is a complete package book. Everything is thrown and weaved together to form a powerful and exciting crime thriller. I am curious of the opioid drug and who are behind the killings of the courier and Cho lin.Seems there are so many puzzles that the main characters need to unravel. Congrats BOTD!

Reading the review, I've already been thrilled with it. A story which tells about many kinds of crimes, including a black magic. I admitted I've never read this kind of story, so this book is out of my genre. But this sounds an interesting story and it challenges me to read it. Thank you for your excellent review.

This is a well detailed review, reading the review almost has nothing to do with the title of the book which is good. I found this book interesting. Congrats on making the book of the day.

Thanks for an insightful review. The themes in this story are quite fascinating and seems intruiging. Being a fast paced story means there won't be a dull moment and in on for this read.

This book is full of so many themes. I seem interested to find out about Detective Cale. How did he get involved with a witch doctor? I wonder what happened to Cho Lin and the courier. This story is filled with so many suspense. Nice review.
