I've read several reviews that praise Winnick's excellent writing skills, especially in writing a story that engages readers' emotions throughout the storyline and can't wait to check this book out. Thanks for the review.

I appreciate that all of the books in this series can be read as stand-alones. That being said I can tell that just like its predecessors this is going to be a gripping and hard to put down kind of novel. I'm curious to see how our favourite duo will save the world in this one. Congratulations on making book of the day!

Jack Winnick's story series always seems interesting and captivating. This particular series “Waterworks” talks about how Uri and Lara are to infiltrate the Iranian military by working undercover and seeking employment under false identities and modified facial features with the Iranian military, but they seem to face a lot of things that may put their mission in jeopardy. I like how the author's writing style is conversational. Nice review.

Waterworks by Jack Winnick does sound like a must-read for thriller fans, especially because of the mention of CIA, FBI, and covert operations. I'd love to follow Lara and Uri's story from the first book (even though each book in the series can be read as a standalone). I wouldn't mind the ending mentioned. Thanks for the review!

The story centers on their efforts to thwart a terrorist plot to contaminate Los Angeles's water supply with polonium. The book is a must-read for fans of CIA and FBI secret operations, with an intense narrative that builds to a grand finale. Thanks for an amazing review!

Finding novels that keep you on the edge of your seat is always a pleasure. I like your frank evaluation of the finish and pace. It seems that readers who appreciate novels about espionage and counterterrorism will find "Waterworks" to be an exciting read. Without a doubt, I'll think about adding it to my reading list.

The book is mind opening, water is something that is very basic in our daily life, if anything is wrong with the water then there's a huge problem to the society and every living thing. Can't wait to see more going on as Eddie and the team find a solution to the water problem whether poison or a virus ready for more on Water Works by Jack Winnick

I read the first two Lara and Uri thrillers and I liked Jack Winnick's fantasy in developing plots inspired by the real terrorist threats to the USA and Israel. Waterworks is another great novel where the nation's water system has been compromised, and it is up to Laura and Uri to once again save the day. I am glad to see that the other sequels are great as well, so I'll keep on reading this series. Thank you for your great review.

Thank you for the amazing review. Based on the review, the book appears to be a captivating thriller, involving elements such as the FBI and terrorism, showcasing how the protagonists counter terrorist attacks. It seems like a gripping page-turner, and I'm eager to read the remaining books in the series.

This sounds like a gripping read! I love how the author weaves suspense and intricate details into the plot. It's always interesting to follow characters like Lara and Uri on their undercover missions, and the connection to previous books in the series adds a nice touch of continuity.

It's understandable that you might want a more conclusive ending, especially with a series you've enjoyed so much. The pacing and the desire for a more extended resolution are valid points, but it seems like the overall quality of the story compensates for these minor concerns.

The mention of counterterrorism and secret operations definitely adds an extra layer of intrigue. It's great that you're already a fan of Jack Winnick's works and are considering reading more of his books. What draws you to this genre in particular?

Jack Winnick is a renowned author that I have been following his work for some times now. This particular one is quite intriguing. His lead characters, Lara and Uri are always standing up to the occasion. In this installment, they had to find who is responsible for the water poisoning in America.

Coming from an African country, I can’t possibly be a fan of anything CIA, much less a potential de facto propaganda piece like this. But in defence of Winnick, a work that risks that accusation has to be detailed, thus causing the drag effect that you mention, to demonstrate the research feeding it.

The position Lara and Uri found themselves is a very challenging and difficult one. I will read "Waterworks" by Jack Winnick just to know how this duo was able to pull through the job of a spy.
