Jack Winnick continues to deliver drama and full-blown action in the fourth book in the Lara and Uri series. My favorite part about reading this story was watching how Lara and Uri go deep undercover to thwart the advancements of these terrorists. Congrats to the author for having the BOTD.

I agree with the reviewer regarding Winnick being a skilled author, and the fact that he mentions how odd it seems that antagonists can be so clever and advanced proves that this can only be a work of the imagination. It also discloses how the western media owns the narrative of what happens in the Middle East, causing people to erroneously fall prey to this type of propaganda, whose misleading information and false accusations have been debunked numerous times.

The storyline is enthralling. It is good to read that the book not only starts on a fascinating note but also remains suspenseful throughout. It will be nice to follow Uri and Lara in their undercover work.

Lara and Uri are back in action again... I'm impressed with the way author write series of book and still it can be read as a standalone book and not need to read the first book and then in sequence. Makes comfortable to us reader!

The Date Farm" by Jack Winnick is an interesting book that borders on terrorism. I will read to know the scheme Lara and Uri employed to unravel the culprits behind the shopping mall bombing.

I'm trying to read more BOTM books, and I'm reading "In it Together: The Beautiful Struggle That Unites Us All". I've been anxious to read the Jack Winnick Uri and Lara books since I saw one on BOTD. Your review is excellent. You summarize the plot well and tell us things like the terrorists aren't typical; they're more clever. Intriguing observation. Also, you describe Winnick's writing exquisitely, letting us know that his books are not just well-written but are consistently well-told stories about fighting terrorism. Thank you for a great, informative review. Congratulations to the author on BOTD!

I enjoyed your review. I formed vivid pictures reading through it. Thank goodness for the 'Uris' and 'Laras' that have been saving lives. Jack Winnick's "The Date Farm" is a compelling creative work. Congrats to him on BOTD.

From your description it seems Winnick did considerable research to glean actual facts. However, I'm sceptical about the messaging that Iran is a world problem, rather than a US-Israel one, or that the character development is perfect.

In The Date Farm by Jack Winnick, the FBI's Lara Edmond and Mossad's Uri Levin embark on a mission to recover stolen rhenium metals from Iranian terrorists and eliminate the masterminds. The book showcases the complexity of modern terrorism, highlighting the challenges heroes like Lara and Uri face. While the antagonists may seem exceptionally clever, the story excels in character development, world-building, and delivering intense suspense. Nice review.

What an exciting review! I like the way of resuming the action in the book and especially how it affects the author of the review too. I think the book would be very interesting for people who love to learn more about terrorist attacks, the causes, and the consequences. Great job!
