Your review is very detailed and interesting. I'm not a fan of crime thrillers. I'm however intrigued by the functioning of a serial killer's mind. Guess I'll give this book a look.

I have noticed the factors that contributed to Breedlove's psychopathic behaviour, this can be drawn right from the first chapter to the fourth, one will easily notice the psychological challenges that he underwent in his childhood which included, juvenile detention, mental school and character correction for three years, the agony of the death of his family within three days and the feeling of extreme loneliness as exposed in the way the funeral of his parents were conducted. It is a very interesting book but also predictable.

The story is about the dark side of life. Some people have chosen a life contrary to the norms of the society. It is a challenge to all of us. We would all like a world where there are no serial killers.

I'm not a big fan of serial killers or crime thrillers, so there actually won't be a big drive for me to read this one... though I do like convoluted, twisted sort of plotlines! ;)

The cover is very spooky! And I'm not a huge fan of switching perspectives but this still looks interesting - congrats on BOTD!

It is an intriguing idea for a book, but execution is everything. Books that try to give glimpses into minds of serial killers have the potential to be entertaining and enlightening. This might be worth checking out. :)

This sounds disturbing. It also doesn't help that O’Callahan sounds like a passive FBI agent. Sorry, I don't think this is for me. Great review, though!

Serial K by Brian Gallagher is a serial-killer style thriller about an FBI investigator who does profiling. The investigator picks up on a minor who develops interests in serial killers. A heart-wrenching 3 out of 4 stars rating.
