It seems Jack Reacher has met his match. I am glad to have a copy of Declan's story. Let's hit the tracks, er, road!

This sounds like such a riveting book, as the author struggles to find simplicity in such a tormented world. Great review!

Very interesting story. Fighting inner demons and using marijuana to temper their attacks is brilliant. Nice review!

As always, I have to start off by saying thank for the wonderful review and thank you to the reviewer that wrote this. :tiphat: 👏🏻 Good reviews can tell you so much about a book and either get you interested or uninterested in a book!

This book sounds like a compelling story full of suspense. Fast paced with action. A criminal thriller. I'm curious of Declan's story and from what the review says, you can get lost in the book and forget that it's fiction and not a real person. I can't wait to meet Declan and hear his story! This definitely sounds like a realistic story of a man coming home from the Vietnam war with PTSD, fighting his demons.

Drug trafficking is a timely and relevant topic and I am looking forward to digging into this novel to find out how the traffickers are apprehended regardless if they are the main characters. How Declan pay for his crime and suffer collateral damage brought by his drug trade is an intriguing reason to read this book.

This already proves to be an interesting read. Declan is an interesting character. I wonder why he pulls Rachel into his trafficking if he loved her that much. And discovering how they both navigated the situation will be an interesting ride.
