I find it difficult to pronounce the names in this book, but that would be the only issue I'll have because I love how thrilling your review sounds, and im sure the book will be even better.

The book "Carrasco '67" by Elaine Broun skillfully tells the tense story of Peter Gray and his family falling into the hands of the evil underground gang. It should be enjoyable to read this. Congrats on botd!

Gangs can be very dangerous, especially when innocent folks get involved. This story seems to be the perfect fix of thriller and action. Thanks for the review!

The review of this book establishes that it's a very realistic story line. This book is about an opportunity that slowly, but shortly became a thing of trouble. I would love to read this.

Carrasco '67 by Elaine Broun is an intriguing crime thriller with realistic characters where the upright Gray family is being threatened by a dangerous group called Tupamaros.

What a useful review this is! Aside from the obvious responsibility that a man has for his family's protection, I see a lot to like about this book in your review. I'm particularly drawn in by your observations that it is realistic, well-researched and professionally edited. These are qualities I look for in any historical fiction as prerequisites for reading, no matter how attractive the topic.

This story is relatable. It speaks volumes to a parent's desire the provide a reasonable standard of living for his family and what risks comes with that decision. It also explains how far one is willing to go to protect his own. Nice review.

A novel full of intrigue but with a slow pace. It's nice to have a review detailed enough that you can decide whether or not to get involved with the plot. I'm not really hooked on this story, so I'll pass on this one. However, I hope fans of this genre will make room on their bookshelves for this book.
