Though the book sounds sinister and scary, it's good to see that scenes involving violence are not unnecessarily graphic.

A book on voodoo, romance, and murder is definitely interesting. Congratulations on BOTD!

It's my first time to read a book that features the Myers-Brigss Type Indicator. There's a lot of themes present in this thrilling novel, and I'm curious about the fast pacing of this plot. I might skip this book because I haven't read the prequels. Congratulations on the BOTD.

From the first chapter, we dive into the middle of police action as detective Cale is tailing a suspect's car, which later lead to a murder. The story is fast paced and if you love crime thrillers, this book is for you. But this is not just about his career, as Detective Cale's personal life gets also intertwined with his work. The book is well written and captivating. I am loving it.

The cover and the title of this book seem weird but they fit the plot of this eerie crime novel with supernatural elements perfectly.

The title is very intriguing because it made me think about how chemistry could be used to drown a ghost. I'm hoping that this novel is an entertaining one. Congratulations to the author for BOTD!

That was surely an interesting title. I don't think I'm in the mood for these kinds of characters or book genre, though. On the other hand, I can still tell that this genre and its fast-paced nature will capture people's interest.
