Despite my affinity for thrillers, I have no taste for horror. I am excited to read the book though, since it seems to contain a really excellent selection of stories.

This book had me hooked from page one! The author throws you right into the deep end: a couple stuck in a room with their newborn, and the baby's got something...different going on. It's seriously creepy and confusing in the best way possible. I just had to keep reading to figure out what was happening and why this weird situation was going down. If you're into mysteries that'll mess with your head a little, this one's a total winner!

This creepy collection of interconnected stories takes place in a haunted mall. Each tale is unsettling and fast-paced, with unique scares like a possessed video game and a nightmarish skin condition. "Fan's Fiction" was my favorite, with a mind-bending twist. Overall, it's a chilling read for horror fans, despite one weaker story.

As much as I'm not a fan of horror stories or books, I would like to read this book to know what brings the deadly gifts to the clothing shop. Nice review!

"The Haunting of Towne Point Mall" by Jason Fischer is a gripping horror novel set in the seemingly ordinary Towne Point Mall, which harbors a dark and malevolent secret. The story follows a diverse group of characters who find themselves drawn to the mall, only to encounter increasingly eerie and supernatural occurrences. As the haunting intensifies, the characters must confront their own fears and uncover the mall's sinister history to survive. Fischer skillfully blends suspense, psychological horror, and elements of the supernatural, creating a chilling atmosphere that keeps readers on edge until the very end. Through well-developed characters and a compelling plot, the novel explores themes of fear, survival, and the unknown lurking in everyday places.

Jason Fischer's "The Haunting of Towne Point Mall" is a collection of ten interconnected horror stories centered around a spooky mall. The book includes tales of a mother and her child's disturbing visit to the mall, a family facing deadly consequences after opening a store, and an author receiving a prophetic book from a fan.

The interconnected stories set in such a creepy location sound perfect for getting lost in a world of suspense. It's rare to find an anthology where each story maintains such a high level of intrigue and character development.

I haven't read a lot of short stories because I mostly go for series, but the ones in this book sound interesting—ten interconnected short stories with the eerie Towne Point Mall at their center. I'm happy to know that both the pacing and the length of the stories are perfect. Congrats on BOTD!
