Fans of mystery and crime thrillers will love this novel about Dr. Nolan — a well-written character who is seeking justice for one of his murdered patients whom he considered family.

Due to his sense of fairness, Dr. Sean Nolan's persona seems intriguing. After the pandemic outbreak and lockdown, the issue of the boredom effect is a compelling one. The author also aims to raise awareness of issues like human trafficking and sexual exploitation. That sounds intriguing. Congrats on botd!

You make this book seem like a no frills murder-mystery. So I should probably not look for any richness in character development. That's not necessarily a bad thing considering that the spirit of humour in which it is written is a suitable substitute.

This is a well-written and informative review. I appreciate the author, E.W. Johnson, for the nice job done in this book. The character of Dr Nolan is inspirational. I would like to read about such critical themes as modern-day slavery and the effect of the Covid-19 in communal, political, economic lifestyle.

Will Dr. Nolan be able to solve the mystery? The cover is, without a doubt, impressive: many tombstones. It's great that it's a story set in the post-Covid era. I want to read it and know how Nolan seeks to solve the crime. Thanks for the review.

I'm not really into themes anything related with the future or post covid eras or anything that is too close to reality. I'm sure many people would enjoy this, but I'm not too interested.

I haven't heard of this mysteries yet. I'm sure I'll be hearing a lot of them soon as i read this book. The mention of post covid 19 era is exciting since i know this pandemic had a lot of impact and i hope this has been talked about in this novel. I would also love to read about the impact of the murder on the doc. It seems to be a nice read. Congratulations on BOTD!

It is always a treat for me to read mystery books. This one has an added sense of reality what with all the chaos that has gripped the world during the time of the pandemic. Very surreal indeed.

The cover and title definitely drew me in. I had to look up the title as I was unfamiliar with it. After learning the meaning, I am now anxious to read the book. The incorporation of the real trials of the recent past makes for another intriguing tidbit. Thank you for your great review.
