A captivating crime story filled with suspense and twists and turns! Plus, the characters are well developed, and the writing style is remarkable. Glad you enjoyed it so much, but I don't think it's for me. I enjoyed reading crime stories filled with action, so I will pass on this one. Thank you for the detailed review!

Wow! I love this book already and I am eager to see how Diamond arrested Sydney in spite of their relationship. Nice review.

This definitely sounds quite engaging with the suspenseful plot and a developed set of characters. Sydney's character is multi-dimensional and would surely bring interesting angles to the story. Thank you for the detailed review.

i just finished reading this and it has stuck with me for a while. My main question for fellow readers is how you felt about the narrative structure? How do you feel the presentation of either character information or character background and thus development, worked throughout the story/narrative timeline? I feel with a bit restructure, this book could have been stronger if the information and narrative were structured through timely character development rather than finding out various chunks of information later in the book (near the end --thus presenting a type of retrospective understanding of the characters).
