The novel starts with a big bang—a callous terrorist incident. A chase that spans across continents follows, and the story engenders so much unpredictability that it keeps you hooked until the last page. It won't be a disappointment. Congrats on #BOTD!

Been an action-filled novel, Devil among us is bound to be exhilarating to most readers. I personally love how the author creatively depicts and reflects the brutish and chaotic world we in in these series.

This review of "Devil Among Us" by Jack Winnick highlights the book's thrilling and action-packed plot, as well as the strong character development and realistic perspectives presented. The author's expertise in the Middle East and historical power struggles is also noted. However, the reviewer notes that the book may not be suitable for young readers due to violent and graphic content. Overall, the review recommends this book to mature readers who enjoy suspenseful intrigue.

"Devil Among Us" by Jack Winnick is a gripping thriller that delves into the dark world of crime and justice. Set in a small town plagued by a series of gruesome murders, the novel follows protagonist Detective John Paris as he races against time to catch the elusive killer.

Winnick masterfully builds tension throughout the narrative, keeping readers on the edge of their seats with unexpected twists and turns. The characters are well-developed and realistic, each with their own motivations and secrets that add depth to the story.

One of the novel's strengths lies in its exploration of moral ambiguity and the complexities of human nature. As Paris delves deeper into the case, he is forced to confront his own demons and grapple with difficult ethical dilemmas.

The pacing is relentless, with the tension escalating with each chapter until the explosive climax. Winnick's writing is taut and atmospheric, drawing readers into the gritty world of crime and intrigue.

Overall, "Devil Among Us" is a riveting read that will appeal to fans of suspense and mystery. Winnick's skillful storytelling and keen understanding of human psychology make this novel a standout in the genre.

I absolutely loved how the author expertly weaved their vast knowledge of the Middle East into the storyline. The use of different perspectives to narrate the tale was a brilliant touch that I thoroughly appreciated.

I already am not a big fan if thrillers and it seems like this book presents a one-sided view on terrorism which makes it even more repelling. Though the plot development seems quite captive yet the subject is not very eye-catching.

I've commented on this book before, and I'll say it again. I love the main characters, Lara and Uri. They are a strong, smart, and fun team that works well together. This is a well-written and well-paced thriller that I thoroughly enjoyed reading. The story grips the reader from the first chapter, when a bombing occurs at a synagogue in New York City. Overall, "The Devil Within Us" is a gripping tale of murder, mystery, and deception that will captivate fans of the genre from start to finish. Jack Winnick's masterful storytelling and well-crafted characters make this novel an immersive and thrilling literary experience for anyone to read. I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. It is a well-written and well-paced thriller that I thoroughly enjoyed reading.

I am happy that Jack Winnick includes the historical power struggles in the world that mainly began after the Second World War. The fact that the action thriller is also suspenseful makes it a gripping read. This is a must-have and must-read for ardent readers of thrillers. Thanks a lot for writing this informative review.

When a synagogue in the USA is attacked by terrorists, Lara and Uri take a step to curb this. I would like to know if they succeed. Congrats on the BOTD and thanks for the review.
