The plot is this story sounds interesting and Tess even sounds like a very smart person. It's cool that the light hearted moments help add a bit of levity to the whole story. Congrats on BOTD!!

Great review. Tess is an intelligent investigator. Her character development seems on point. Things can get pretty messy whenever someone has to investigate a possible government-committed crime. I hope she solves the case and unmasks the perpetrators of the lake crime.

This is a well-written book review. It shares the plot of the story, describes the pace, and highlights the main character in a cast of well-developed characters. A murder mystery that involves supernatural forces and military defense makes for an interesting story. Add to that the fact that the book is well-edited and you have a great book! :techie-studyinggray:

The review was enlightening. I am dying to read the book being a fiction fan. Tessa's characterization is worthy of appreciation. Normally it so happens that a new perspective helps solve cases that had been closed without any trial whatsoever to proceed. Would love to know what happened to the fourteen teenagers as solving the case would give their family a needed closure. Congrats on BOTD.

Murder stories are not on my list of favorites to read. However, suspenseful Gothic mysteries, myths and paranormal creatures quite interest me. I would also like to know how Tess uses her charming personality and resourcefulness to her advantage and successfully solve the case she was assigned.

How can this massacre be classified as a cold case? This is more than enough reason to feel that there is something suspicious in the case. The story seems full of excitement and has many secrets.
A refreshing and carefully written review. Congrats on BOTD

The case of the disappearance of fourteen teens during their prom night at Necklan’s Lake is handed over to Tess (a new intern) to keep her busy. But the case is not as simple as it seems; Tess risks her life as well to get to the bottom of this. What are the forces behind this crime? Tess bravely unravels this mystery. The plot seems to keep the readers busy thinking about the next step. Good review.

"Nekkid Lake" by Noah Bond. An interesting book talks about Tess who is an ingenious young woman. Tess did all her investigation in Necklan’s Lake Massacre as to where about the disappearance of the high school seniors. This book is intriguing, suspense and mystery. Congrats on your #BOTD.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and recommendations. I admire Tess, the main character, for being intelligent and brave in her role as a forensic science intern. This book has piqued my interest, and I'm considering giving it a read.

Great review! Cold cases are a crime/mystery category that I find particularly interesting (Cold Case is one of my all-time favorite crime dramas, in fact). This story already sounds pretty enticing (and potentially chaotic) on its own, but a female sleuth being on the case is definitely what peaked my interest. Hopefully, this book brings everything together as well as this review proclaims!

So much for internship and this would be a very hard nut to crack also considering the fact that the only Survivor has also lost memories. Thanks for this interesting review.

Intrigued by Tess's forensic journey into the mysterious Necklan’s Lake Massacre, I'm drawn to Nekkid Lake's suspenseful Gothic mystery. The Sheriff's Office dynamics, Tess's determination, and the hints of paranormal elements promise a captivating read.
