Although this isn't my cup of tea, it looks like an engaging read. I love this plot of the two worlds. Great review.

Great review! I live a good mystery and the fact that you found this one both gripping and unpredictable really has me putting this on the top of my TBR list. Thanks so much fir sharing.

Great review. This sounds like an amazing read, though the character seems to have a personality problem. I look forward to reading this book.

I really enjoyed the show Awake so I am more interested in this book after reading your review. However, it seems a bit dark for me and I'm not a big fan of a lot of violence. You've given me lots to consider regarding this book. Thanks.

It has a quite unique story that brings the reader to the different setting of some one life. Living in two different personality is a kind of psychological disorder that always interest me.

Great review! The cover made it look to scary for me, but your review made it sound fascinating.

I really like the idea of two realities and, to be honest, I wasn't sure about this book at first as I don't really read thrillers. But the review has actually changed my mind and I now feel very intrigued indeed. I will be adding this to my TBR list! Thanks for such a great review!
