Congrats on BOTD!
The gripping narrative of Susann Camus's "See Me: A Jeannie Johal Thriller" features nuanced characters. I was interested in the story since it was unpredictable, but the conversation was choppy and awkward, and there were some editing problems.

Jeannie Johal escaping her abusive marriage and finding the independence she has been longing for in a new country with a fresh start to her life, only later to find herself in another mess, is really intriguing. I am curious how she will save herself from this again. This is a very suspenseful tale. Congratulations to the author on BOTD!

Breaking free from the clutches of an abusive relationship, Jeannie moves to Canada for a peaceful life. Little did she know that she was in for a surprise. Jeannie faces racist colleagues while being embroiled in a murder investigation. Discover a riveting tale of Jeannie’s adventures, uncovering secrets that some believe should stay hidden. Your review is great.

Jennie, a well-educated lady with a master's degree in epidemiology, is free of her controlling and violent husband, but the serenity is short-lived. The premise seems interesting. I liked what i sampled so far. Thank you to the reviewer for the thorough assessment and the author for providing a complimentary copy of the book. Congrats on winning BOTD!

I was immediately hooked just by the first sentence in the book review. I'm very excited to read this book and see what happens with Jeannie as she takes on this new identity in Canada. I can tell this will be a page turner that will have me up late and walking around reading this until it is completed because I won't want to put it down. I appreciate that the Author is calling out issues that are relevant today regarding racism, domestic violence, culture and how it affects women especially. I can't wait to dive in deeper.
