Loved the sample pages I read! This seems full of dark humor and adventurous plots. I’m adding this to my reading shelf for sure! It reminds me of another episode of Desperate Housewives.” Great review!

I love dark humor and crazy circumstances. And I could definitely use a chuckle or two right now. On my bookshelf it goes. Thank you for the review!

It's definitely an interesting concept. I wonder what could have inspired it. 🤔
Thanks for the informative review. It seems to have a bit of mystery to it as well

Thank you for this informative review.

I certainly look forward to exploring this somewhat serious plot of infidelity, disillusionment, facing one's own weakness and mortality, murderous intentions with dark humour.

Grateful for the warning of adult language.

My interest was peaked by the chapter titles like " When a man hates a woman". I like that it is a novella of only 117 pages, which makes it possible to complete in a short time.

Great review!

I love dark and witty humor. Shame that it is only 117 pages, however. I love a nice long book. Nevertheless, lovely review. Definitely adding it to my list!

Glad to know that it made you smile. I am appalled at the dark humor and yet intrigued by the story. The murder plot seems both ghastly and thrilling. Congrats on the good review. I might try this one out.

Tessie is something else. Too bad that Garrison fell for her, only to realize later that he never really loved her. And the dark humour as theme, makes me curious. Congrats on BOTD!

I like the character development of this novel. I admire the humour in he novel. Also the quotes at the Begining of each chapter is hillarious.

Thanks for your review. When I saw the title of this I thought it was going in a completely different direction, but I think after you have described it, I still want to read it. i might give it a try. It sounds as a compelling book with a bit of drama and mystery, but with humour.

After reading the review and preface I sadly have to admit that Tessie does seem impossible to co-habit with. And while I understand that the novel is filled with dark humor I do hope that in the end her husband resorts to something other than murder. Excellent review.
