Jack Winnick’s book is all about political intrigue, with the unfortunate result of terror and international mistrust. The review was carefully written and good, thank you.

This is indeed an amazing story that reveals the presence anti-Semitism in our schools mostly perpetuated by religious bigots. And to make matters worse, this type of crime does not differentiate between children and adults. 5 children are dead. No one is spared. It reveals the religious hate crime we all have to deal with and contend with everyday. Nice review

This book depicts exactly what has transpired over time around the globe, the tale of senseless death that relates the religious wars or terrorist attacks.

I noticed this is 3rd book in the series of Lara &Uri. I would like to know how the ruthless hate crime leads to logical conclusions and reasoning behind the politics. Congratulations on the BOTD!

"Devil in False Colors" by Jack Winnick starts with a tragic attack on a Jewish preschool, leading to an investigation by Israeli agent Uri Levin and FBI agent Lara Edmond. The novel stands out for its integration of real geopolitical issues like terrorism and Iran’s nuclear threat. The characters, especially the skilled Lara, are well-developed. Despite some potentially controversial political views, it’s a compelling, well-written thriller.

Okay. Agent Lara and Uri Levin are back. This time, in 'Devil in False Colors.' Well, the Devil never wears his true colors because, sure then, no one would work with him!
Anyways, what does Jack Winnick bring us this time? A vicious massacre that leaves five children dead at a Jewish preschool in an upscale suburb in California, as the review reveals. Winnick knows how to weave a suspenseful plot that leaves readers with bated breath. If you want to know how the story ended, grab a copy and put up your feet.

Thank you for your informative review!

"Devil in False Colors" by Jack Winnick'sn start with a tragic massacre at a Jewish preschool, seemingly by Arabic-speaking terrorists seems to engage readers from the start. Israeli Mossad agent Uri Levin and FBI agent Lara Edmond reunite to investigate, rekindling past feelings and showing readers more than just an action/thriller. The novel excels in its geopolitical insights, addressing terrorism, Iran’s nuclear threat, and anti-Israel sentiments (which are ongoing issues in real-life). Well-developed characters and a great plot make it a seemingly good read.

Devil in False Colors is Jack Winnick's thriller, focusing on a hate crime at a Jewish preschool in California. It explores religiously motivated international terrorism, Iran's nuclear threat, and Russia's involvement. The well-developed characters, particularly Lara, help deal with national security threats.

This author's writing style is the kind of book I like to read; it grabs the reader right from the beginning. However, as you stated in your review, this storyline, albeit fictional, mirrors current world events that are actually happening right now. I would enjoy reading this author, but not this book with this storyline, sorry. Thank you for your review and for highlighting the politically charged points of the book.

**Book Review: "Devil in False Colors" by Jack Winnick**

"Devil in False Colors" by Jack Winnick is a gripping thriller that begins with a brutal attack on a Jewish preschool in a wealthy California suburb, leaving five children dead. The world is horrified, believing it to be a hate crime committed by Arabic-speaking terrorists. Enter Uri Levin, an Israeli Mossad assassin who goes undercover to assist FBI agent Lara Edmond in the investigation. Uri and Lara share a history, having worked together and been romantically involved, which adds depth to their renewed partnership.

Winnick’s strength lies in his ability to weave real geopolitical issues into his fictional narrative. The novel tackles critical themes such as international terrorism, Iran’s nuclear ambitions, and Russia’s murky involvement in global conflicts. The author skillfully integrates historical events, creating a plot that feels both current and realistic.

The characters are well-crafted, especially Lara, who stands out as a fiercely independent and competent FBI agent with a strong background in computer science. Her character adds a layer of expertise and determination that drives the investigation forward. Uri’s undercover work and past with Lara add tension and intrigue to the story.

Winnick’s portrayal of the geopolitical landscape, including the creation of Israel and the divisions within the Muslim world, is detailed and informative. He effectively presents complex issues in an accessible manner, making the reader think deeply about the subjects at hand.

However, the book does touch on politically charged topics that might not sit well with all readers. Despite this, the narrative remains compelling and thought-provoking.

Overall, "Devil in False Colors" is a well-written, fast-paced thriller with minor errors. I highly recommend it to fans of political thrillers and international intrigue.

**Rating: 4 out of 4 stars**
