Thank you for sharing your detailed review of "East Wind" by Jack Winnick. It sounds like a gripping espionage thriller with well-developed characters and a tense, high-stakes plot. Your insights into the narrative perspective and the background stories of the characters add depth to the reading experience. The lack of graphic scenes and offensive language also make it accessible to a wide audience. Your enthusiasm for the book and anticipation for the sequel, "Devil Among Us," are evident. Great review!

I've literally lost count of the number of times this book has won BOTD! I've lost count to the point I don't know what else to say about the book, other than it's one of the amazing books I've ever come across. Wonderful review by the way and big congratulations to the author once again!

“East Wind” by Jack Winnick is a terrorist thriller, book one in his series, that begins in Southern California where a fusion bomb is detonated in the bay and hundreds of innocent people were killed instantly. Lara from the FBI and Uri from the Mossad are called to find the Hezbollah terrorists responsible for this destruction and stop them before they detonate bombs in other U.S. locations. I found this book hooked me from the amazing start and it kept me on the edge of my seat until the end. I was so mesmerized that I did not want to put the book down until I read the last page. Lara and Uri are an incredible team that will solve the case and bring the Hezbollah perpetrators to justice. Jack Winnick is an excellent author and his terrorist series is a must read if one enjoys action thrillers. I highly recommend all five of Winnick's Lara and Uri books. Very good review.

Instead of writing a typical good versus evil country, the author invests in the background stories of the characters so that readers can relate to their experiences and eventual decisions in the book. This is that grey area that makes the book special. Not everything is black and white in reality.

In "East Wind" by Jack Winnick, Israeli Mossad agent Uri Levin and FBI's Lara Edmond team up to thwart Hezbollah's imminent nuclear threat on U.S. soil. The story unfolds as Walid Jahangiri, initially indoctrinated by Hezbollah, faces a crucial choice when summoned to carry a fission bomb, adding depth to the narrative. Thanks for the amazing review.

Everyone’s worried about stopping terrorism. Well, there’s really an easy way: Stop participating in it.

Jack Winnick's books have a way that blends fiction and fact to bring out controversial books. Considering that many countries have tried to terrorise India with more damage done than the 9/11, I find this book highly relevant. Terrorism should not be supported or dismissed. I loved how you explained the plot in the review. Thus is an interesting thriller that involves Lara and Uri as they try to stop a terrorist attack. If you enjoy action and romance, this is a good one.
