A thriller of it's kind. I like the way the author is able to combine different characters with different stories that all ascend the same point. The novel itself is full of action scenes, hence making it interesting to read.

“East Wind” by Jack Winnick is a terrorist thriller, book one in the series, that begins in Southern California where a fusion bomb is detonated in the bay and hundreds of innocent people were killed instantly. Lara from the FBI and Uri from the Mossad are called to find the Hezbollah terrorists responsible for this destruction and stop them before they detonate bombs in other U.S. locations. I found this book hooked me from the amazing start and it kept me on the edge of my seat until the end. Lara and Uri are an incredible team that will solve the case and bring the Hezbollah perpetrators to justice. Jack Winnick is an excellent author and his terrorism series is a must read if one enjoys action thrillers. Very good review.

"East Wind" by Jack Winnick follows Mossad agent Uri Levin and FBI operative Lara Edmond as they race against time to prevent a nuclear attack on U.S. soil by Hezbollah terrorists. Meanwhile, Walid Jahangiri faces a moral dilemma. The novel's switching perspectives and rich character backgrounds elevate the typical spy thriller, making it a compelling read. With minimal graphic content and editing errors, it earns a solid 4-star rating. Recommended for thriller enthusiasts.

A novel by Jack Winnick called East Wind is a spy thriller set in the desert of the East Wind. Two agents, Uri Levin from Metsada and Lara Edmond, also known as FBI “Golden Girl” work together to stop Hezbollah officers bombing nuclear materials on the American soil. Walid Jahangiri, a computer science graduate, falls under the influence of Hezbollah and changes sides to help save innocent lives with Uri and Lara. The story features dangerous situations and race against time to prevent terrorists’ plot that may make Israelis use “Ekdikeo,” a nuclear attack on its neighboring countries. It has a good pace with tension building gradually up to climactic confrontation in the last chapters. This novel will appeal to those who like thrillers about terrorist threats, government actions, high-level treasons and romantism/love stories. There are no scenes of violence, abusive language or editing errors in this novel which has scored 4 stars out of 4 possible on Amazon.com book reviews.

I’m looking forward to digging into this novel to find out how the power couple Uri and Lara will be able to stop the terrorist by thwarting their plans to put an end to U.S. support for the Zionist State. I like suspenseful stories and this one is right up my alley.

The Noir movie's swift pace and crafty plotting are a vivid feature that Winnick weaves into his movie perfectly. Paranoia about the forthcoming run builds up, which makes you unable to put the book down. Congrats on #BOTD

The book "East Wind" offers a made-up but believable story that shows the ongoing struggles of fighting terrorism and the complex workings of spy organizations. It highlights how working together globally is crucial to dealing with these dangers and the constant risk of big attacks on regular people. Congratulations to the author, #BOTD!
