The plot sounds quite intriguing. I love thrillers that make my hair stand on end and I feel this book might accomplish just that. Building up convincing, engaging and multi-edged characters is an art and looks like the author has achieved that task. Thanks for the reviews

The setting, theme and characters sound riveting and I love stories whereby the reader has to piece the puzzle together little by little. I find the books that deal with heavy topics are the most interesting and enjoy reading through shocking scenes. I look forward to reading this one.

Prejudice and hatred run rampant in the Chandler household. Rather of seeing all children as blessings, they have favorites and make no secret of it. They feel black people are unclean because of their skin tone. A person's social status is determined by the color of their skin and the amount of money they have. Over all, The book is good, and it's inspiring to learn how or where it all began for it to be solved, and how to solve difficulties.

What an enjoyable read! The plot line flows amazingly and the themes of prejudice is so relevant today, and it is portrayed extremely well.

This one sounds like it will suck you in! It’s good to know that the 500-page commitment is well worth it. In a society where we’re constantly getting information faster and faster, and summaries are getting shorter and shorter, I think it speaks very highly of a writer when they can captivate a reader’s attention for so many pages. Great review!

I'm so thrilled while reading. And something plays on my mind that someone want to get rid off Rachel. That is the reason why she's missing. And nobody can tell where her whereabouts.
